Instrument Usage form – Summer My child* would like to borrow an instrument over the summer for practice purposes. We will be returning to ISY for the 2020-21 school year, and will take full responsibility for the care of the instrument. If the instrument should become LOST or DAMAGED, we, the parents or guardians, agree to repair or replace the instrument with a new instrument of equal value. This would include replacement of lost or broken accessories. It is not recommended that families take an instrument out of the country.
